Privacy Policy

Who is responsible?

Playtium is published on a personal basis by Nathan ("CalysdeCrydee"), the controller of your data. Contact: contact@playtium.fr.

Playtium does not sell your data, shows no ads and does not track you across sites.

Without an account

• Your settings (theme, language, favorites, last park, game records) stay on your device.
• My passes (photo, barcode, holder) is stored only on your device and never sent to Playtium. Face detection also runs on the device.
• Your GPS location (if allowed) is used to show distances on your phone and is never sent to the server.

Data we store

• Account: email, password (hashed, unreadable), first name, nickname, profile picture, bio and links if you add them, favorites, alerts, badges, notification settings, two-factor authentication, Google ID if you sign in with Google.
• Visible to everyone: your nickname (or, without one, your first name), profile picture, bio, links, badges, reviews and game scores. Your email is never shown.
• Activity: rides done, reviews (published with your nickname), content requests, suggested photos, game scores.
• Feedback and applications: name, email (optional for feedback), message, related page and device type.
• Notifications: your device's technical address and alert choices, if you enable them.
• Security: IP address, briefly, to block abuse.

Why (legal bases)

• Running your account and its services (performance of the service you request).
• Analytics, notifications and location: only with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
• Security, anti-spam and handling your feedback: legitimate interest in protecting and improving the site.

How long

• Account and activity: as long as the account exists; everything is erased when you delete it.
• Feedback: 2 years. Applications: 1 year.
• Rejected photo suggestions: deleted immediately.
• IP address: 15 minutes (sign-in), 2 minutes (rate limiting), 30 days in hashed form (anti-spam); server logs: 14 days.
• Cookie choice: 6 months. Google Analytics cookies: 13 months at most.

Cookies

• Necessary (no consent needed): session cookie to keep you signed in, playtium_consent cookie that stores your choice.
• Analytics (Google Analytics): set only if you accept. You can change your mind via "Manage cookies" at the bottom of every page.

Services used

• OVH (France): hosting of the site and data.
• Google: Analytics (if you accept), Google sign-in (if you use it), reCAPTCHA on the feedback form (anti-bot). Google may process data in the United States under the Data Privacy Framework.
• OpenStreetMap (map tiles) and Open-Meteo (park weather): your browser contacts them directly, which gives them your IP address.

Your rights

You can access, correct, erase or export your data, object to processing, or withdraw your consent.

• Correct: from your profile.
• Export: Profile › Download my data (JSON file).
• Delete: Profile › Delete my account (your data is erased immediately).
• Anything else: write to contact@playtium.fr, answer within one month.

If you disagree, you can contact the French data protection authority, the CNIL (cnil.fr).

Minors

If you are under 15, ask a parent's permission before creating an account.
